We have a flat rate of $14.95 for all orders! Should standard postage equal less than the flat rate, we'll upgrade you to Express!
Unfortunately we do not offer free postage- being a small business we simply cannot cover the postage costs.
We ship Australia wide only - International will be coming soon
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please or Sendle. Where possible if we send your items in a box, it'll be a reloved box. Just trying to do our bit for the environment!

Average processing time: 5-7 business days - most items are in stock unless stated so we aim to get your order out to you as quick as possible! (The Bare Living Co. is a one woman show and I work my heart and hands to the core to bring you your lovely products)
Most parcels will be authority to leave, please make a note in the note section at checkout if you wish for your parcel to be Signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, the parcel will be taken to your nearest pickup center or post office where you will have to go and collect.
Please note the delivery driver is authorized to leave your order unattended on your premises. If you select this shipping option, we take no responsibility if your order goes missing after it is delivered to the address you have provided.
In some cases (depending on the delivery driver), if they deem it as ‘unsafe’ to leave your parcel or are unable to access your property, it may still need to be collected from your local post office or delivery center.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery to most Australian metro areas is usually 3-6 business days. However, please allow ‘up to’ 2 weeks. For rural Areas & TAS/WA, please allow ‘up to’ 3 weeks for delivery.
All orders are shipped from within Australia.
We cannot and will not be held responsible for any hiccups during transport. We cannot control how fast the courier companies process the parcels once we hand them over. We cannot control when delivery drivers don't do their job and deliver to a wrong address or leave a "sorry we missed you" card when you were in fact home. In saying this however, we will do all that we can to help track down parcels, investigate damages and any other issues that arise; all we ask.... please be nice to us and remember we aren't affiliated with the courier companies.
